A small floating presence that lives inside InnerHue.
Huey is a little companion who lives on the screen, drifting gently around the app. He doesn't do the journaling for you, and he isn't part of how your entries or reflections work. He's just there, a bit of company while you check in with yourself.
Huey's color and expression shift a little based on how often you've been checking in, not what you write, just how consistently you've shown up recently.
Huey sits on the right side of the screen. Drag him up or down to reposition him — he'll snap back to the right edge when you let go, and remember where you left him. Tap him without dragging and he'll react with a small message about how he's doing.
A small chat icon appears next to Huey. He's casual and curious — if he has context from your journal entries or onboarding, he might bring that up, otherwise he'll just say hello. He only knows what you've actually told him, either directly or through what you've written.
Huey knows what InnerHue is and how to use it, journaling, mood tracking, reflections, and the rest of the app's features, since it's his home.
