These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InnerHue (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Service.
InnerHue is a personal journaling application that allows users to record their mood and written reflections, generates an AI-produced response to journal entries, and optionally calculates a natal (birth) chart based on birth information you provide. The Service is provided as a self-reflection tool and does not constitute a professional service of any kind.
InnerHue and its AI-generated reflections do not constitute therapy, counseling, medical advice, or diagnosis, and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or a medical emergency, please contact a crisis line, a licensed medical professional, or emergency services in your jurisdiction.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account used to access the Service. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to store your entries and transmit them to our AI service provider, Anthropic, solely for the purpose of generating a reflection, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you choose to use the natal chart feature, you additionally grant us permission to store the birth date, birth time, and birth city information you provide for the purpose of calculating and retaining your natal chart. Birth coordinates and timezone are derived from the city name you enter on your behalf via third-party geocoding services. Natal chart data is not transmitted to any AI model. You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of any third party.
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated reflections are produced automatically and may at times be inaccurate, generic, or otherwise inconsistent with expectations. Reflections are not reviewed by a person prior to delivery. We do not warrant that the Service will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted, particularly given its early stage of development.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InnerHue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated reflection. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
InnerHue is under active development. Features, availability, and these Terms may change as the Service evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
You may export your journal entries at any time from the You tab within the app. You may delete individual entries or all entries from within the app. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us at the address below.
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Please contact us if you would like your account or associated data removed.
